Alexandre Lutz García

He began his musical studies at a very early age in his hometown, later completing the Professional Degree in Piano at the Professional Conservatory of Music “Guitarrista José Tomás” in Alicante with Diana Borja and María Moncunill, where he was awarded the Extraordinary End-of-Studies Prize (2015). Under pianist Francisco Escoda Patrón, he obtained the Higher Degree in Piano from the Schola Cantorum in Paris with “Mention très bien à l’unanimité”, the highest distinction granted by the institution (2018). He also holds a Higher Degree in Piano from the “Óscar Esplá” Superior Conservatory of Music in Alicante with professor María Dolores Costa Císcar (2020); a Master’s Degree in Performance and a Master’s Degree in Collaborative Piano from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam (2022) under Naum Grubert and Hanna Shibayeva; and a Master’s Degree in Musical Performance from the International University of Valencia (2023).
He additionally received lessons from István Székely (2014–2019) and Eugen Indjic (2017–2020), and has taken masterclasses with artists such as Frank van de Laar, Claudio Martínez-Mehner, and Rena Shereshevskaia, among others.
Alexandre Lutz has been awarded in several competitions: Performance Prize of the Alicante Concert Society (2020); First Prize at the 42nd National Competition for Young Pianists “Ciudad de Albacete” (2023); First Prize at the 25th Ibiza International Piano Competition (2023); Third Prize at the 16th Frechilla–Zuloaga International Piano Prize in Valladolid (2023); Best Spanish Pianist at the 69th “María Canals” International Piano Competition in Barcelona (2024); and Best Spanish Pianist at the 26th “Ricard Viñes” International Piano Competition in Lleida (2025).
He regularly performs in Spain, France, and the Netherlands, at venues such as the Ateneo de Madrid, the ADDA–Alicante Concert Hall, the César Franck Hall in Paris, and the Miguel Delibes Auditorium in Valladolid, among others. He also collaborates with various ensembles. In 2018 he took part in the 40th ENSEMS Contemporary Music Festival in Valencia with the Ensemble of the Alicante Superior Conservatory of Music (CSMA) and currently forms part of the Alyosha Duo (cello and piano), which maintains an active concert schedule in the Netherlands. In Ibiza he closed the 25th Ibiza International Music Festival 2025 and served on the jury of the 25th Ibiza International Piano Competition 2025.
In 2025 he recorded an album devoted to the music of Schubert and Liszt.
